The global SaaS software provider Zoho announced the establishment of the Zoho Commerce platform at the annual global user conference.
Zoho Commerce, Zoho's full-channel solution, mainly supports e-commerce, traditional stores, mobile and social retail channels. The app helps businesses set up online stores in a matter of hours. Whether customers shop on Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, or Shoplify, the entire process can be managed on the Zoho Commerce platform.
According to Zoho, the platform is mainly aimed at small and medium-sized retailers, helping them quickly establish online stores, while supporting the management of customers, orders, transportation, payment, inventory, finance, and BI data analysis to form an end-to-end e-commerce overall solution.
Currently, Zoho Commerce supports end-to-end e-commerce life cycle management, default docking of more than 40 global carriers, while using Zoho's warehouse management software to centrally manage logistics information.
